This film was produced for a final project in a Broadcasting class. The assignment was to create a video that was representative to a particular decade. With our film, we attempted to capture characteristics of popular 90s sitcoms, like “Boy Meets World” and “Saved by the Bell,” and covey them in a modern single camera format.

The film was shot in a single day using the Canon Rebel T1i DSLR camera.

TJ Riordan won the Best Actor award at Marist’s 2011 Silver Fox Awards for his performance.

Synopsis

In the summer of 1998, Zach, fresh out of high school, is faced with the impossible task of telling his best friend and girlfriend he plans to leave them behind to pursue a college education.”
